Once in our Horology workshop your trusted timepiece will be carefully stripped down, the dirt and old (possibly dried up) oils will be removed, the gears and movement will be cleaned and then it will be re-oiled to ensure all gears are running smoothly again.

Faulty movement parts are replaced and a new Seiko cell will be fitted. The seals on your Seiko timepiece will be changed and it will be pressure tested for water resistance. The bracelet will be ultrasonically cleaned to remove dirt.

We recommend to wrap your watch in bubble wrap and place in a Jiffy bag and send Special Delivery via The Post Office (please do not send the presentation box your watch originally came in). Please include your postcode and house number on the back of the package
